Practice for the Swimming and Diving Teams are held Monday-Friday during 7th period at Brahan Spring Natatorium on Drake Avenue. Practice for both teams begin at 2:35 pm. Practice will end at 3:20 pm for Diving and 3:25 pm for Swimming. You must be ready to dive in the pool at 2:35 pm otherwise you will be counted tardy. You are not dismissed until your coach gives you permission to leave.

You and your parents are responsible for your transportation to the Natatorium for practice. Please make sure you have arranged for your ride. If you are carpooling, make sure you know where the car will be waiting for you and that you report to the car in a timely manner after the bell rings.

You must attend and participate in all practices. You are receiving a PE grade for swimming. You must be dressed out in appropriate attire and on deck at 2:35 pm to receive all participation points for that day.

Points will be deducted for tardiness and unexcused absences. You will have one week from the date of your absence to provide a written excuse from your doctor. You must provide a written excuse every time you are absent.

Students that are not practicing due to injury or illness must report to the coach on deck. You are encouraged to participate in team activities as much as possible during your injury/illness.

There will be practice everyday that you are in school. We will not practice if the Natatorium is closed. DO NOT LEAVE THE NATATORIUM IF IT IS CLOSED WHEN YOU ARRIVE. YOU MUST WAIT FOR INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU MAY LEAVE.
